We want to raise £5,000 to fund 200 hours of Buddying sessions for

25 disabled adults, to help them overcome social isolation and loneliness.

At Buddies for All CIC, we are dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of disabled adults by connecting them with compassionate Buddies who offer support, connection, and access to community activities. Our mission is to reduce loneliness, alleviate social isolation, and foster a sense of belonging through telephone, online, and face-to-face interactions.

Our team comprises passionate individuals committed to creating inclusive communities. We offer a range of services, including our Buddying Programme, coaching and mentoring, training, consultancy, and providing information and advice to support disabled people in overcoming social isolation.

Our vision is to build a society where every disabled adult feels connected, supported, and empowered to participate fully in community life. â€‹

The funds we raise will be instrumental in expanding our services. Specifically, we plan to recruit and train more Buddies to meet the growing demand, and provide fully funded Buddying sessions to 25 disabled adults, equating to 200 hours of support.​

 

We aim to create lasting, positive impacts on the lives of disabled adults, fostering communities where everyone feels valued and included, and every hour of Buddying offers practical, personalised support, helping clients:

  • Overcome isolation and reconnect with their communities.

  • Build confidence and independence through new skills.

  • Achieve personal goals, from traveling alone to preparing for work.

 

By contributing, you’ll fund transformative experiences for 25 individuals, ensuring they embrace new opportunities.

Every pound you give helps us reach our goal:

​

  • £5 provides resources and training for a Buddy.

  • £10 covers travel costs so a Buddy can meet a client.

  • £14 funds one hour of a Buddy’s time, offering personalised support.

  • £25 fully funds one hour of Buddying, including both the Buddy’s pay and programme costs.

 

Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to our £5,000 goal, ensuring disabled adults have access to the support they need.
